The Braves traded two prospects for Joe Jiménez after the 2022 season with the hopes that Jiménez would beef up the Braves bullpen. He did exactly that in 2023 as he finished with an 0-3 record and a career-low 3.04 ERA. He struck out 73 batters while only walking 14 as he proved to be a great option late in the game for Brian Snitker. The only reason I am not giving Jiménez an A+ is because he was 0-for-3 in save opportunities.

Joe Jiménez signed a 3-year/$26M deal that will last through 2026. Jiménez will make $8M in 2024 and $9M in '25 and '26.
