The best photos from the Atlanta Braves' season-opening win

Imagine your team not being 1-0 right now...

The Atlanta Braves (1-0) took down the Washington Nationals (0-1) 7-2 on Opening Day.

Max Fried's solid start was ruled short after 63 pitches and 3.1 innings of work due to a hamstring issue but the Braves bullpen answered the call. Manager Brian Snitker told members of the media after the game that Max Fried's injury would probably require a stint on the injured list.

Still, the Braves found a way to win with ease on a great day to start an MLB season. Here are some of our favorite shots of the Thursday afternoon action.
