WATCH: Ozzie Albies ties the game with two-run homer

The struggling second-baseman golfs a low fastball into the Chop House to tie the game

A rough third inning for starter Kyle Wright saw the Reds jump out to a 4-1 lead. The Braves clawed a run back in bottom half of that inning thanks to a hustle double from Sam Hilliard and an RBI single from Ronald Acuña Jr. After reliever Michael Tonkin held Cincinnati scoreless in the top of the fourth, the Braves struck back to tie it.

Ozzie Albies, who's gotten off to a cold start, still loves jumping on the first pitch (or ambushing, as some guy used to say). And he jumped all over a low fastball from beleaguered Reds starter Luis Cessa, celebrating the Masters this past weekend by golfing it into the Chop House. The long ball marked his 100th round-tripper of his career.

The Braves would take the lead later in the inning after a two-out single from Marcell Ozuna (his first hit this season that wasn't a homer) and an opposite-field gapper from Hilliard

The game moves into the middle innings with Atlanta back in front 5-4 as they look the take the first two games of the series.

Wednesday's game in Truist Park is scheduled for a 7:20 ET first pitch. The game broadcast, with Voice of the Braves Brandon Gaudin, is available inside Braves Country on Bally Sports Southeast, and is available on MLB.TV outside of the broadcast area. The radio call, with Ben Ingram, is available locally on 680 AM/93.7 FM The Fan or outside the Atlanta market on the Atlanta Braves Radio Network or MLB.com.
