Dodgers Notes: Mookie Betts Injured, Walker Buehler's Next Start Revealed, Bullpen Reinforcements Coming
We did it. It's Friday, and as the end of the work week is upon us, here's a fresh slate of Dodgers news to start your day!
Los Angeles won 10-0 against the Marlins in Miami on Thursday behind 6.2 perfect innings from newly inserted starter Ryan Pepiot and a 5-RBI night from Chris Taylor. Pepiot surrendered just one single over his seven innings of work in what was his best start as a Dodger (and in his entire career).
It wasn't all great for the Dodgers on Thursday, though, as Mookie Betts left the game after being hit by a pitch on his foot. The Dodgers star was later seen leaving Marlins Park on crutches.
Additionally, manager Dave Roberts revealed the date of Walker Buehler's next rehab start, while two arms are set to make their return in short order. You can read about all that and more below!
