The San Diego Padres are on a roll. They're playing good baseball right now, and they are looking like the team we all expected them to be right now. As a whole, the Friars look better, and so does their superstar player Juan Soto

After a month of lousy baseball, Juan Soto has seemed to find himself and is playing every single game in the process. Soto is a youngster, but it's still impressive to witness, especially with travel between games.

Padres radio host Sammy Levitt asked the 24-year-old about how he does it, and he credited it to some rest and a really good bed.

"Just try to rest as much as you can till you recover. Make sure you have all your vitamins and stuff. Just try to rest, that's the main thing. You try to rest and figure out your sleep and food; it helps you out with other stuff."

"My main thing is to have a really good bed."

The Padres have played 32 games, and Soto has been in the lineup for every single one of those games. He started slow, but he's finding his groove, making it challenging for manager Bob Melvin to leave him out of the lineup.

The lefty slugger is one of the best players in the league, and it was frustrating to see him struggle in a Padre uniform. His numbers may not be eye-popping for his caliber, but his numbers have sky-rocketed over the last couple of games.

A good rest is the best thing for athletes, whether they're older or as young as Soto.
