Texas Rangers Announce Signing of 12 More Draft Picks

The announcement comes after the Rangers signed first-round pick Wyatt Langford on Tuesday and introduced him to the media.

The Texas Rangers announced the signing of 12 more selections from their 2023 MLB Draft class, bringing the total number of signed players to 13.

The list includes sixth-round pick, Caden Scarborough, whose agreement was reported on Tuesday but was made official on Wednesday.

The Rangers did not announce the contract terms for the players signed.

The list does not include first-round pick and outfielder Wyatt Langford, who signed for $8 million on Tuesday, tied for the sixth-largest signing bonus in MLB history.

The list of announced signings included:

RHP Skylar Hales (4th round)

RHP Alejandro Rosario (5th round)

RHP Izack Tiger (7th round)

C Julian Brock (8th round)

OF Quincy Scott (9th round)

RHP Case Matter (10th round)

RHP Paul Bonzagni (12th round)

RHP William Privette (13th round)

LHP Josh Trentadue (14th round)

LHP Michael Trausch (15th round)

RHP Brendan Morse (18th round).

The Rangers have until 4 p.m. central July 25 to sign all of its selections. Texas has a $9.925 million bonus pool for its draft selections.

The Rangers have signed six undrafted free agents:

RHP Logan Bursick-Harrington from Davenport University

RHP Ryan Lobus from Mercer University

RHP Luke Savage from TCU

RHP Karl Hartman from College of Central Florida

INF Anthony Calarco from Mississippi

INF Devin Hurdle from Nebraska.
