P Jacob deGrom (15-Day, right elbow inflammation, placed on April 29, eligible to return on May 14): deGrom was removed in the fourth inning of his last start on April 28 against the Yankees.

C/DH Mitch Garver (10-Day, Mild left knee sprain, placed on April 10, retroactive to April 9, eligible to return): Garver is eligible to return to the team, but Rangers manager Bruce Bochy said the veteran likely needs three more weeks.

SS Corey Seager (10-Day, left hamstring sprain, placed on April 12, eligible to return): Seager is eligible to return, but Bruce Bochy said the veteran likely needs three more weeks.
