Breaking: LA Clippers Make Two New Roster Moves

The LA Clippers have announced today that they are waiving both Xavier Moon and Joey Hauser. This brings their roster to 18 players, which includes 3 two-way players.
Hauser just signed with the Clippers and is the brother of Celtics forward Sam Hauser. Moon, on the other hand, has essentially been around the Clippers for three seasons. Xavier Moon signed with the Agua Caliente Clippers during the 2021-2022 season and has made numerous stints with the main roster of the team throughout the seasons.
Xavier Moon was on the All-NBA G League Third Team last season, a 2x Canadian Elite Basketball League champion, and a 2x Canadian Elite Basketball League Finals MVP. While Moon is a little older at the age of 28, he's shown some real upside during the preseason for the LA Clippers. He's quick to the basket, and not many people can stay in front of him.
It's unclear at the moment whether Xavier Moon will sign back up with the Agua Caliente Clippers after being waived by the team, but he's shown the capability of being a guard in the NBA. What remains to be seen is if another NBA team will give him the chance to be that player.
The LA Clippers are four days away from their regular season beginning against the Portland Trail Blazers. The big question is if they're going to make any other roster moves for a particular All-Star named James Harden before then. The clock is ticking.
