With losses to the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets, the LA Clippers are winless so far in the James Harden era. With their most recent loss coming to the shorthanded Nets, LA fell to 3-4 on the season, and 0-2 since trading for Harden.

Speaking with reporters after Wednesday's loss, Harden kept things in perspective, saying, "It’s okay. Two games. I’ll figure it out. I just want to win. It doesn’t matter about points or stats. I just want to win games. As long as we can figure it out to where we’re all competing, playing at the highest level, and winning games, that’s all that matters."

This sentiment has been shared by several players since Harden arrived, as everyone understands there will be a level of sacrifice needed in order to make this work. That said, even sacrifice is something that needs to be worked through, as the Clippers don't want their top talent deferring when it isn't necessary.

The bottom line for the Clippers right now, and one that's been repeatedly stated by their best players, is that this will take time. The team certainly understands the need to win games while working things out, but they also recognize it could be a while before everything comes together the way it's supposed to.

Harden reiterated both of those sentiments on Wednesday, saying it is early, but the Clippers also see ways they could have won these last two games despite still working things out.
