The LA Clippers are in Utah to face the Jazz on Friday night, and star forward Kawhi Leonard is available to play, per the injury report. This is LA's first road game of the new season, after they opened the year at home with a victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Leonard is entering this season fully healthy, which is great news for the Clippers and their fans. Speaking with reporters at a recent practice, the star forward said, "I feel good and I'm ready to go. I think last year came off of ACL, so pretty much it's like a two-year process. Talking to guys [who suffered ACL injuries] and seeing when they do start feeling good or just trusting your knee, it's just something that you feel and I mean one day just turns around for you. So it wasn't really nothing too different."

Since his return from ACL surgery, Leonard has made it clear that recovery is a two year process. Feeling like he has just now hit the point where he is fully who he was prior to surgery, Leonard is excited for what should be a fun season for the Clippers.

This is a big year for the Clippers as both Leonard and Paul George are in contract years. Starting this season off well would go a long way towards having the type of year everyone wants to have.
