The LA Clippers are hosting the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night, and star forward Kawhi Leonard is available to play. Clippers head coach Ty Lue revealed after Sunday afternoon's game that Leonard played through illness, having not been able to practice the day prior due to being under the weather. Despite this, Leonard is not listed on Tuesday night's injury report, and is expected to play.

Lakers star LeBron James will not play in this game due to an ankle injury. James has played very well vs. the Clippers this season, and will be missed by Los Angeles. The Clippers are looking for their first win over the Lakers this season, as they are currently 0-2 vs. the hallway rivals on the year.

Having dominated the Lakers for more than a decade, the Clippers have experienced some uncharacteristic struggles against them this year. That said, their first game against the Lakers this season came without James Harden and with a trade-depleted roster. The Clippers' second loss to the Lakers is when they simply got outplayed, and they will look to respond to that poor showing in Tuesday night's matchup.

The Clippers and Lakers seem to always play fun games, and while the absence of James is undoubtedly a big one, there will still be a lot of star power on the floor in this one.
