The LA Clippers lost to the Utah Jazz in an incredibly thrilling game that came down to the final buzzer. Both Kawhi Leonard and Russell Westbrook missed potential game-winning shots that ultimately resulted in the loss, but it turns out, there were some mistakes by the referees along the way.

The NBA's Last Two Minute Report revealed that the referees missed major calls on both sides.

First, Jordan Clarkson was not called for a defensive three-second violation that should have given the Clippers a free throw. Second, Paul George should have been called for a foul when Jordan Clarkson made his game-winning three-pointer, and the Jazz should have gotten an extra free throw. Third, Kelly Olynyk should have been called for a defensive three-second violation in the final 8 seconds that should have given the Clippers another free throw. Ultimately, the Clippers should have gotten two more free throws and the Jazz should have gotten one more.

The Clippers' final seconds against the Utah Jazz were an all too familiar one. After the gritty comeback, the team failed to execute anything that remotely looked like a good play for the final possession. It was an all too familiar horrible Kawhi Leonard isolation play that didn't result in a good shot, instead of their usual ball movement. The team wouldn't have even been in that situation if they had grabbed rebounds, but those are the breaks.

The LA Clippers face off against the San Antonio Spurs next on Sunday.
