The 2023-24 NBA season seems to be the year for the LA Clippers. It's the season where nearly every analyst has regained their faith in the team, with incredibly high expectations - including, ESPN's Kendrick Perkins.

During an NBA Countdown segment, Perkins revealed why he believes that the LA Clippers are the biggest threat to the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference.

"They are the deepest team in the NBA," Perkins said. "They have three bigs, Zubac, Plumlee, and Daniel Theis - they need that. Lord knows, please don't get me started on Kawhi Leonard, Jordan, when the playoffs started. First Finals MVP on the floor with Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, he was the Finals MVP. When you go back to the Raptors series against Golden State, why I bring that up is because, in any given series when Kawhi is healthy, he has the capability of being the best player in that series."

Nearly everyone on NBA Countdown agreed with Perkins in his analysis and seemed to discredit both the Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder. In all honesty, the Clippers definitely look like the biggest threat to the Nuggets, but the Timberwolves and Thunder also look incredibly impressive.

There is no team in the Western Conference playoffs that can be overlooked this season.
