During a recent Fix Media Network interview, LA Clippers guard Norman Powell revealed one of the biggest differences between playing for the Toronto Raptors and playing for the Clippers.

"The support is crazy," Powell said of playing in Canada. "It's so bad, and it's one thing that I do like now that I'm in LA, because no matter where you're at, eyes are on you in Canada. You can't even go to restaurants, you can't go to the mall, like you can't walk down the street. At least in LA, or where I live in Vegas in the offseason, you can walk around... In LA you got so many different actors, stars there, you're just another person out there, which I like. I like being super low key. But in Canada, you can't go nowhere. Don't go to Vancouver or somewhere where they don't have the Raptors, you're getting mobbed, it doesn't matter. That's one thing that I do like about being away from Canada, is that I can kinda be back to being myself and being low key."

While this aspect of playing for the Raptors wasn't Powell's favorite, he really enjoyed his time in Toronto, and actually did not want to leave. Speaking on the young core they had there, Powell wanted to keep building with the Raptors, but he's definitely happy to be with the Clippers now.
