Patrick Beverley Reveals Amazing Motivating Message to Terance Mann
Patrick Beverley is one of the greatest motivators in the NBA. Any team he joins, somehow finds an extra gear and finds its way into the NBA Playoffs because of the great relationships he creates.
On the Pat Bev Pod, Beverley revealed his relationship with former teammate Terance Mann, and the amazing motivating message he sent him when they played together.
"You know, I'm the guy that like tells Terance Mann, 'ayy, don't you stop until you have my starting spot. Seriously, that's how much I love you. T-Mann. Go at my neck every day until you have my motherf**king start spot, bro. That's your f**king job.' Ain't no vets telling no young guys that. They tryna keep the young guys from getting they spot. You know what I'm saying?"
All season, the Clippers have desperately missed a player like Patrick Beverley on the team. Someone who can rally the troops when everyone is down. Someone who can get the Clippers together when they're on a six-game or a five-game losing streak. Unfortunately, the Clippers don't have that anymore with Patrick Beverley, but they do have Russell Westbrook now. The only thing is that it's going to take some time for Russell Westbrook to be that locker-room voice for the Clippers, he hasn't even been with the team for five months.
Make no mistake, the LA Clippers really miss Patrick Beverley. this season. Right now, it's all hands on decks for the Phoenix Suns.
