The NBA world was in shock on Saturday night when Boston Celtics guard Derrick White forced Game 7 with a buzzer-beating put-back to defeat the Miami Heat in Game 6. It was a classic finish to a historic game, as the Celtics forced Game 7 after once trailing 3-0. As the game ended, Memphis Grizzlies star Desmond Bane shared his reaction to the wild finish:

Bane, like so many others, is clearly excited to see a Game 7. This series has been a neutral fan's dream, while those who support Boston or Miami have been stressed the entire way. The Celtics have already joined an exclusive list by forcing a Game 7 after trailing 3-0, but they are not satisfied with that, and want to become the first team in NBA history to complete the comeback.

It seems as if Grizzlies star Desmond Bane will be one of those tapped in for this Game 7 showdown, as he joined the NBA world in sharing his excitement on Saturday night. Having been in control for much of the game, Boston faltered late in Game 6, but were saved at the buzzer by a historic put-back from White.

Game 7 between the Celtics and Heat will be played in Boston on Monday night, and basketball fans around the world will be tapped in for a chance to see history.
