Injury Report: Los Angeles Lakers vs Memphis Grizzlies
The Memphis Grizzlies face off against the Los Angeles Lakers in a rematch from last year's entertaining playoff series, but unfortunately, it's going to be lacking a ton of the excitement.
The Grizzlies have seven players listed on their injury report: Steven Adams, Brandon Clarke, GG Jackson, Jake LaRavia, Ja Morant, Derrick Rose, and Xavier Tillman. Steven Adams is out due to a right knee PCL surgery, Brandon Clarke is out due to left Achilles tendon repair, GG Jackson is out due to a G League two-way, Jake LaRavia is out due to a G League assignment, Ja Morant is out due to a league suspension, Derrick Rose is out due to left knee injury recovery, and Xavier Tillman is questionable due to left knee injury recovery.
The Los Angeles Lakers have five players listed on their injury report: Anthony Davis, Jalen Hood-Schifino, LeBron James, Jarred Vanderbilt, and Gabe Vincent. Anthony Davis is probable due to a hip spasm in his left adductor, Jalen Hood-Schifino is out due to a right patella contusion, LeBron James is questionable with a left calf contusion, Jarred Vanderbilt is out with left heel bursitis, and Gabe Vincent is out due to effusion in his left knee.
Typically, when the Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Lakers play each other, there's a good amount of bad blood. Now, without Dillon Brooks, and potentially no LeBron James or Ja Morant, it seems like those days may be over.
The Memphis Grizzlies and Los Angeles Lakers face off tonight at 10:30 p.m. EST.
