Grizzlies fans who were hoping to see Marcus Smart debut with the team will, unfortunately, have to wait another game to see their newest player.

The Memphis Grizzlies' current injury report has three players listed: Marcus Smart, Steven Adams, and Brandon Clarke. Marcus Smart is out against the Atlanta Hawks due to an abdomen injury. The Grizzlies are hopeful that he will return for the start of the regular season. Steven Adams is day-to-day and was out on Tuesday against the Bucks due to rest. Brandon Clarke is out indefinitely due to a recovery from an Achilles tear. On Tuesday, Jaren Jackson Jr. played a whopping 24 minutes, Desmond Bane played 26 minutes, and Derrick Rose played 20 minutes.

The Atlanta Hawks currently have two players listed on their injury report: De'Andre Hunter and Bogdan Bogdanovic. De'Andre Hunter is day-to-day and didn't play in Tuesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Bogdan Bogdanovic is also day-to-day and didn't play in Tuesday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers due to an undisclosed reason. Neither Trae Young nor Dejounte Murray are currently listed on the injury report. On Tuesday, Young played 16 minutes and Murray played 17 minutes.

With the way things stand, tonight's game between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Atlanta Hawks should be a very fun one between two young teams. The Memphis Grizzlies and Atlanta Hawks tipoff at 4:30 pm PST.
