The Atlanta Hawks earned a big victory last night over the Milwaukee Bucks and they return home for their first back-to-back of the season. The Hawks will face the Minnesota Timberwolves, who are 1-1 coming into tonight's game.

It was a great wire-to-wire performance for the Hawks last night on the road in Milwaukee. The defense was fantastic in the first half, holding Damian Lillard to zero points and leading by 21.

Milwaukee could not pull close in the second half and the Hawks cruised to an easy victory over the Bucks. Young finished with 20 points and 11 assists, Capela had 12 points and 12 rebounds, and Johnson had 14 points and seven rebounds. Atlanta shot 50.5% from the field and 40.5% from three-point range. It was an overall fantastic performance from the team and a great way to get in the win column.

Minnesota had a loss to the Toronto Raptors in their first game this season but bounced back with a win against the Miami Heat on Saturday.

Minnesota is led by one of the NBA's young superstars Anthony Edwards, who is averaging 22.5 PPG so far this season, shooting 35.7% from the field and 58.3% from three-point range. Rudy Gobert is averaging over 13 RPG and two blocks per game so far.

Atlanta has not released an injury or availability report ahead of this game. Minnesota is listing Jaden McDaniels as questionable.
