Jason Williams Says Dwyane Wade Used To Change His Jersey Every Three Timeouts Because Of Sweat
Jason Williams was once a teammate with Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade.
Williams said Wade's intensity separated him from the rest during an appearance on Matt Barnes' "All The Smoke" podcast. He called Wade one of the hardest working players he's seen and it was evident because of how much he sweated.
"He can get through cracks and crevices like no other," Williams said. "He sweat more than human I ever met in my life. He changed his jersey every third timeout.
Williams played with Dwyane Wade during the franchise's first championship season in 2006.
The experience is part of why Williams considers Wade the No. 3 shooting guard in NBA history behind fellow legends Michael Jordan of the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Lakers' Kobe Bryant.
Many have tried to factor Philadelphia 76ers icon Allen Iverson in the discussion but Williams said Iverson was a point guard.
"I don't really look at AI as a two guard," Williams said.
