In this story:

Dwyane Wade and LeBron James entered the NBA at the same time, becoming instant close friends.

They later won two titles with the Miami Heat in 2012 and 2013. So, naturally, James had nothing but love when Wade was announced as a Hall of Fame inductee.

Wade gets his moment Saturday night in Springfield, Mass., so James gave him a special shoutout Thursday on social media.

James wrote, YESSIR!!!!! HEAT NATION STAND UP!! STANDING OVATION !!!! CONGRATULATIONS @DwyaneWade LOVE YOU BROTHER!!"

Wade is the first Heat drafted player to earn the honor. He joins Alonzo Mourning, Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Bosh and Tim Hardaway as Hall of Famers who donned Heat jerseys but all began their careers elsewhere. The same will happen for James once he decides to retire.

Wade will be announced by Philadelphia 76ers legend Allen Iverson.
