Miami Heat Legend Dwyane Wade Expressed His Support For Tiger Woods During Master's Tournament
Former Miami Heat player Dwyane Wade is among the biggest supporters of golfer Tiger Woods.
Wade, who picked up golf late in his life, is attending the Master's tournament for a third straight year. During an ESPN interview Thursday, Wade spoke of Woods' impact on the PGA Tour.
Wade said he still roots for Woods.
"When we all watch Tiger, you feel hope," Wade said. "Every time we see him with a golf club in his hand on the green, we all think he can win. We all feel he's going to be perfect out there. He just gives us hope and everything he's been through in his life."
Wade, the Heat's all-time leading scorer and three-time NBA champion, continues to enjoy retirement life since leaving the NBA in 2019. He was recently inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
