Milwaukee Bucks' Meyers Leonard Explains Why It Appeared He Was Cheering After A Miami Heat Made Basket

Milwaukee Bucks center Meyers Leonard says he was calling for his teammates to go after a 2-for-1 possession

No, Milwaukee Bucks center Meyer Leonard was not cheering on his former team after a made basket in Game 4

A strange video of Leonard circulated recently on social media that looked like he was cheering for the wrong team.

After Miami Heat forward Caleb Martin makes a 3-pointer, the video shows Leonard jumping from his seat on the Bucks bench with both arms raised. Meyers then sits back down in his seat.

Leonard, a former Heat player, took to Twitter to explain late Tuesday night. He said, "Lol. Let's just go ahead and stop this narrative. I was signaling for a "33" to our team. It's a 2 for 1 situation to finish the quarter."

Meyers does make a great point. The play was late in the quarter. Just another confusion on the Internet. Go figure.
