Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro recently spoke on Twitter Spaces about a variety of topics, including the disappointment of missing the playoffs because of injury.

The fan hosting the chat then indirectly brought up Sacramento Kings guard Kevin Huerter being placed above him on The Ringer’s top 125 NBA players list.

Herro was ranked No. 74 while Huerter was 73.

On Sunday, Herro liked the fan’s tweet questioning why he was ranked below Huerter. On Monday night, he spoke on the same fan’s Twitter Space about his last two postseasons.

"I wasn’t having the best playoff run either ya know what I mean? I wasn’t fully engaged, not engaged, but like my productivity wasn’t the same as it was in the regular season throughout the playoffs," Herro said. "But that’s why I felt like this past postseason was definitely my opportunity, but then breaking my hand."

Last season Herro sustained a broken hand in Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The fan then brought up the controversial ranking, saying, "So you know, yesterday we was going back and forth with Kings fans how do you feel about certain players being ranked over you?"

Herro responded, "I'm not tapping into none of that. None of these quotes that come out of this space are going on nothing I appreciate everybody in this space because I love yall. I'll be back soon."

The consensus is that Herro is the better player. Last season, he averaged more points, assists, and rebounds than Huerter.
