Watch Miami Heat's Jimmy Butler Force Overtime In Game 5 Against Milwaukee With Last-Second Layup
We’re running out of words to describe the clutch nature of Miami Heat superstar Jimmy Butler.
With the game on the line for the Heat against the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 5, Butler had the shot to send the game into overtime. He score the tying points off an alley-oop on an inbounds pass from Gabe Vincent. The Heat eventually won 128-126 to clinch the series.
Butler’s bucket put him at 40 points for the game, making him the first player in franchise history to have consecutive 40-point performances.
This game added another legendary display to add to his list of outstanding postseason performances. Butler denies the existence of “Playoff Jimmy,” but the rest of us experience it on full display. Miami became just the sixth No. 8 seed to upset the top team in NBA history.
They play the New York Knicks in the conference semifinals.
