Sure, getting Miles Bridges back helps but he's not going to be the same player he was the last time we saw him on the court over 500 days ago. It's going to take some time for him to shake off the rust and return to form. Charlotte's struggles on the defensive end continue and Milwaukee leaves town with a W.

Prediction record: 3-3.

Atticus Ferguson: Hornets 117, Bucks 113.

From what we've seen, it feels like the Hornets have no business beating a team of Milwaukee's caliber, but, this is the NBA and weird things happen all the time. Simply put, Charlotte needs this game more than their counterparts do. The return of Miles Bridges is sure to be surrounded by a lot of negative press, and rightfully so, but I don't think there's any denying that this adds some much needed depth and an element of toughness which are both desperately needed at this time. This, on top of Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo coming in banged up, and I like the Hornets to pull the upset and improve to 2-1 for in-season tournament play.

Will Eudy: Hornets 116, Bucks 108.

Milwaukee has been far from perfect to start this season, and while controversial, Miles Bridges’ return to Charlotte’s rotation will undoubtedly help improve their depleted depth. LaMelo Ball has been on a roll in the last two weeks averaging close to 30 points per game, and I believe the Hornets will get it done against the Bucks Friday night.
