Score Predictions for Hornets vs. Celtics

Our staff picks tonight's game between Charlotte and Boston.
In this story:

Schuyler Callihan: Celtics 120, Hornets 108

The losing skid continues for Charlotte Monday night as the red hot Celtics come to town. The Hornets have been good solid production from LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, and Mark Williams but P.J. Washington and Gordon Hayward have been silent recently. Plus, the bench hasn't been anywhere near good enough outside of Miles Bridges who has played just two games.

Prediction record: 4-3.

Will Eudy: Celtics 108, Hornets 98

Boston will be playing on a back-to-back and both teams will be on their third game in four nights, so don’t expect a scoring explosion from either team. The Hornets will still be without Terry Rozier and will have an extremely difficult matchup on their hands. Boston wins but Charlotte keeps it close for 2 to 3 quarters, much like Friday night.

Prediction record: 5-3.

Desmond Johnson: Celtics 130, Hornets 110

Oh boy. The Celtics are the best team currently in the NBA. They have won six straight and I don't see the Hornets being able to stop a 7th win. On a bright spot, Hornets Center Mark Williams leads the league in FG percentage and LaMelo Ball is 5th in assists. Celtics blow out Hornets by halftime.

Prediction record: 2-4.
