While your Los Angeles Lakers are dealing with quite a few injuries of their own, the LA Clippers have their own significant one to work around.

Center Ivica Zubac will be out with a right calf strain, marking his fourth straight missed game.

Last week, the Clippers ruled him out for about a month, suggesting that he won't return until after the trade deadline.

For LAC, this means that one of Mason Plumlee or Daniel Theis will draw the start at center, and while that's typically sufficient, the drop-off between Zubac and this duo will be particularly noticeable given the matchup with Anthony Davis.

Davis is likely too quick for Plumlee, while being way too big for Theis (who is just 6'8"), crafting an ideal mismatch for the Lakers that builds the breeding ground for a potential upset victory.

Expect LA to go to Davis earlier and more often than usual given the key injuries on both sides.
