2020 Laker Claims He’s Never Seen A Player With LeBron James’ Work Ethic
Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James has been in the spotlight since he was in high school. It has been impressive to see what he has accomplished throughout his basketball career with all of the pressure on his back.
He hasn’t let it get to him, and he has taken any criticism of himself in stride. His longevity is something that we haven’t even seen before, and as he enters his 21st NBA season, James is still playing at an insanely high level.
The league has never seen a player like James, which is why many believe that he is the greatest of all time. While that may be up for debate for some, the way James approaches the game isn’t. He takes care of his body in an incredible way, so that he can be ready for game day.
Former Lakers forward Markieff Morris recently opened up about James on the All The Smoke Podcast, and he praised his former teammate in a major way.
“I’ve played with nine of the top 10 players (in the league) but on the court, off the court, around the game, nobody works as hard.”
That is quite the high praise for James from Morris, but it speaks to the level of greatness that James has. This isn’t the first time that we have heard about the work ethic of James either, so when there is smoke, there is usually fire.
The two men played together with the Lakers for 1.5 years, so Morris got a firsthand look at James. Morris was a big reason why the Lakers won the 2020 title, as he brought toughness and three-point shooting to the table.
As James gets ready for this new NBA season, you can bet that he has been gearing up for everything the Lakers will endure this year. He wants to bring home another championship, and the Lakers have as good of a shot as anyone in the NBA.
