Lakers Injury Report: Darvin Ham Provides Update On Gabe Vincent's Health
Your Los Angeles Lakers are playing some good basketball, and a lot of that has to do with health. For the most part, the Lakers are healthy, and they could be getting even healthier.
According to Lakers head coach Darvin Ham, the return of guard Gabe Vincent is near, as the team will ramp things up for him. Lakers report Dan Woike of The Los Angeles Times was among the first to report.
Vincent has been dealing with a left knee injury and has not played since late October. Gabe has only played in four games with the purple and gold, and in those games, he is averaging six points, one rebound, and three assists on 39.8% shooting from field goal range and 33.5% from three-point range.
It's crucial for the Lakers to be healthy in order to compete with the best of the best as they search for title number 18. The 27-year-old, if all goes right, will be on the court for their matchup against the New York Knicks on Monday.
