Your 2023-2024 Los Angeles Lakers have been hit with a mountain of injuries thus far. Many of their critical role players have missed a healthy amount of the season, including forward Jarred Vanderbilt and point guard Gabe Vincent.

Los Angeles Lakers head coach Darvin Ham provided an update on these two players. The update: there's no real update.

The good news is there are no setbacks. The bad news is that there's no severe progression.

Vanderbilt has missed the last few weeks due to a right-mid foot sprain. He is slated to be re-evaluated at the beginning of March. The chances he plays after his re-evaluation look bleak, as it sounds like he will miss a couple more weeks.

As for Vincent, he's played in a grand total of five games this season (out of a possible 59). He's missed the majority of the season due to a knee injury. He is averaging 5.4 points per game on 37.5% shooting, three assists, and one rebound. It's safe to say Vincent has been a bust in Los Angeles.

However, Vincent is still fighting his way back onto the court, whenever that will be.
