Lakers News: 2023 Preseason Schedule for LA Drops

The 2023 season starts sooner than you think!

The Lakers announced the schedule for their 2023 preseason games. Last season, LA struggled in the preseason so this will be a chance to turn that around. The team went 1-5 last season in the tune up games so they may elect to play the key players more in order to get them fully ready for the season.

While we don't know exactly who will be on the roster for the Lakers, here is the full schedule below:

To start things off, the Lakers will be heading up to San Francisco on October 7 for a matchup with the Golden State Warriors. Chase Center will be rocking and it will give the team a rematch against their opponent from the postseason.

Their next game will come against the Brooklyn Nets from Las Vegas in T-Mobile Arena on October 9. Anytime the Lakers are in Vegas, fans pack the arena and it's a fun time.

Their next two games will be played at home in Crypto.com Arena. Those will be against the Golden State Warriors again on October 13 and the Milwaukee Bucks on October 15. This will give the home fans the first chance to see the new team in person.

Closing out the preseason, Los Angeles will travel south and head to Palm Springs for a matchup against the Phoenix Suns. The game will take place at the brand new Acrisure Arena on October 19th.

This is exciting news because it means that Laker basketball is almost back!
