Lakers News: LeBron James, Russell Westbrook Seem to Ignore Each Other Before Battle of LA

All love lost between the former teammates.

The first battle of Los Angeles is taking place on Wednesday between the Lakers and Clippers. There are tons of storylines littered across the two teams, but a big one, of course, is Russell Westbrook.

Westbrook was with the Lakers the last one-and-a-half seasons, but was traded at last year's trade deadline and ended up signing with the Clippers.

Westbrook has made it clear that he's happy with the other Los Angeles team, and there will seemingly always be drama between the two sides.

Before the game, LeBron James was dapping up all the Clippers players prior to tip-off, but didn't say hi to Westbrook, who was all the way at the other end of the court under the basket. Take a look for yourself:

You definitely can't blame LeBron, as he wasn't going to go all the way to the other end of the court to say hi to Russ. But if anything, it is a little weird that Westbrook was down there with the game about to start

Obviously it's not a big deal, but it's always fun to see the budding drama between the two sides.

The teams will play each other three more times this regular season in the battle of LA, so expect tons of fun battles.

And for what it's worth, LeBron got his "revenge" during the game with this impressive block on Westbrook.
