Lakers Notes: X Factors, Luke Kennard, Top 2023 Point Guard Free Agents

A busy day of LA conversation ahead of Game 6.

On Thursday we ruminated about the various upgrades LA might want to make at the point guard position this summer.

For, you know, no reason or anything.

We also reflected on LeBron James' fairly harsh self-criticisms, appraised some odds and lines, and realized that fans remain a bit frustrated with the end of Darvin Ham's bench rotation.

The Lakers are active again tonight, when they will have perhaps their best opportunity to wrap up this series at home. LA leads the Memphis Grizzlies 3-2, and it would behoove them to not let this matchup continue into the weekend. LeBron James and Anthony Davis' bodies probably couldn't stand the strain.
