The Orlando Magic suffered a 27-point loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in its last game, and head coach Jamahl Mosley was very blunt about what the team needs to do.

In his postgame conference, Mosley talked about how the team's turnovers need to be toned down. The Magic has had a problem with giving the ball away so far this season, and that is one of the reasons why the team has slowed down as of late.

"They hit us early, we turned it over [15] allowing them to get a lot of early, easy shots," Mosley said. "We gotta do a better job taking care of the basketball and understanding where shooters are on the floor."

The Magic is in the bottom part of the NBA in turnovers per game with right at 14, which is just under the Utah Jazz, who leads the league in giveaways per game with 15.4. The team finished with 15 turnovers in its recent game against the Cavaliers, and they allowed a fair amount of points off of those turnovers.

If the Magic can tone down their mistakes, they could rise in the Eastern Conference standings, where they are currently the eighth seed. So even though the team is currently in the playoff picture, it has a lot of room to improve, and the upcoming All-Star break provides a perfect time to do so.

The Magic will be back in action on Friday against the injury-ridden Memphis Grizzlies. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. ET in FedExForum.
