Magic Guard Jalen Suggs 'Changes the Game', Says Teammate Franz Wagner
The Orlando Magic has its fair share of underrated players, but there are none that are quite like Jalen Suggs.
So far this year, he has been playing the game of basketball with an unmatched intensity, and it evidently spreads to his teammates. Magic forward Franz Wagner talked more about the impact that Suggs has in a recent episode of The Old Man and the Three with JJ Redick.
"Jalen is, as they say, a dog," Wagner said. "When he was young he was a great football player, and I think that comes out a little bit. He's changing the game out there, putting pressure on the ball handlers, and I think that sets the tone for the whole possession. When he's locked in like that, fighting over screens, getting deflections... it motivates everybody else to get some of that in their game."

Suggs is averaging 13 points per game as well as contributing almost two steals. After averaging double-digits in his rookie season, Suggs had a down year last season, averaging only 9.9. But this year, he has rebound his love for the game and is looking better than ever.
