Orlando Magic Has 'Great' Opportunity vs. Boston Celtics, Says Jamahl Mosley

The Orlando Magic's next two games are against the Boston Celtics, who are the top seed in the Eastern Conference, and that could be an opportunity to grow as a team.

The Orlando Magic's schedule over the next week or so is going to be a test, as the team faces a number of imposing opponents. But perhaps none more scary than the number one seed in the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics.

The Magic's next two games are against the Celtics, and the team will be looking to repeat the outcome of the last time the two teams met. The Magic was able to take the last game against Boston in commanding fashion, as the team won 113-96. The driving force in the win was forward Moritz Wagner having a career night, as he scored 27 points off the bench.

Not only will the Magic be looking to repeat its dominance from the last matchup with the Celtics, but the team will use these games against strong opponents to challenge itself and grow as a team. Head coach Jamahl Mosley spoke more about the Magic's approach to the Celtics in a recent interview.

"I think it's great," Mosley said. "I mean, we've done this with them before so I think it's a great time for us to be able to evaluate our level of play, where we are both defensively and offensively. And then you get to make adjustments as the games go on."

As of right now, the Magic sit behind only the Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks in the Eastern Conference standings, and the team plays against both of those teams in the next week. As a result, the Magic could have a chance to move up in the standings and shake things up.
