Orlando Magic Knows 'Exactly What to Do', Says Jamahl Mosley

The Orlando Magic has surprised a lot of people with how well the team has played defense, and that has been one of the things that has propelled the team forward.

Despite the Orlando Magic's win streak being stopped by the Brooklyn Nets a couple of games ago, the team has another streak that it still going.

With the Magic's win against the Detroit Pistons last Friday, the team now has nine straight wins at home, and it has made the Amway Center a tough place to play for opposing teams.

One of the main things that has led to the Magic to be as scary as it is at home is the defense that the team plays. Coach Jamahl Mosley spoke more about the team's defense in a recent interview.

"I think you continue to preach exactly what you know travels, which is defense and that’s who we are and that’s what we’ll continue to be about," Mosley said. "Our guys know exactly what they’re asked to do, how physical we need to play, defend a little bit better without fouling and just doing it by committee on a nightly basis, one game at a time."

The Magic are ranked at the third spot in the entire league in points allowed, as they only allow 109 points per game, which in today's NBA is quite impressive. The Magic will look to continue this defensive dominance, as the team's next couple of games are against high-level opponents.
