Magic Starting 5: Trade Rumors Swirling Around Rockets' Kevin Porter Jr.

A trade idea surrounding Houston Rockets point guard Kevin Porter Jr. and Orlando Magic forward Jonathan Isaac has swirled around.

1. ROCKETS, MAGIC TRADE IDEA NBA Analysis Network suggests that the Magic should trade for Porter in exchange for Isaac and a 2025 first-round pick."

2. PAOLO vs. WEMBY “Banchero's rating is reflective of his numbers, but one rookie has the same rating despite never seeing the NBA hardwood.

"The very young franchise cornerstone has the same rating as 2023 first overall pick, San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama."

3. FRANZ SHINES Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner is gearing up for the FIBA World Cup as one of Germany's best players.

Wagner finished second on the team with 18 points in Germany's 113-112 overtime loss to Canada in the SuperCup Finals in Hamburg.

RJ Barrett (New York Knicks) led all scorers with 31 points, while Dennis Schroder led Germany with 26.

Germany's first FIBA World Cup match comes on Aug. 25 in Okinawa against Japan.
