The Orlando Magic has already passed its win total from last season, and it is looking to keep it going until the end of the regular season.

The Orlando Magic has won three straight games and is starting to play its best basketball at just the right time.

The team was able to get commanding win against the Detroit Pistons in its last game, and this win passed the Magic past its win total from last season. Guard Markelle Fultz talked about what this means to the team in his postgame interview.

"I think it's big, but we've got a bigger picture," Fultz said. "I think we've just got to continue to take it one game at a time. We're going to be good. I think we have a really good team. Everybody has the same mindset. Everybody's locked into winning. Everybody wants to win."

The Magic only had 34 wins last season and made a run at the end of the season that was too little too late to make the Play-In Tournament.

But this year, the team is in the sixth seed and is only a half game back from the fifth seed Philadelphia 76ers, and one game back from the fourth seed New York Knicks. If the Magic can keep up what it has been doing as of late, then the team could be in perfect position to turn some heads in the playoffs.

The Magic will be back in action on the road tonight against the Charlotte Hornets. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. ET in the Spectrum Center.
