ORLANDO - The Orlando Magic are defending home court after a 114-108 win against the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night at the Kia Center.

Despite trailing by double digits with three minutes left in the third quarter, the Magic locked in on defense and were able to erase their deficit.

The Magic took a five-point lead with 1:32 to go, but they were shut out the rest of the way.

However, DeMar DeRozan's and-one with 45.9 seconds to go tied the game up at 101. On the ensuing possession, the Magic missed a 3-pointer from Paolo Banchero. Then, the Bulls had a chance to win the game, but DeRozan's shot didn't find the bottom of the net.

In overtime, the Magic scored the first six points, but the Bulls stuck around. The dagger came with 16 seconds to go when Goga Bitadze sunk a free throw to go up four points.

Franz Wagner was a massive part of the win, scoring a game-high 36 points on 12 of 22 shooting. It's the third time this week he's scored more than 30 and the Magic are 3-0 when he reaches that mark. For the season, that record is 7-0.
