ORLANDO - The Orlando Magic is back in the loss column after a second defeat in as many games against the Cleveland Cavaliers by a final score of 118-94.

The tight game on Tuesday was far different than tonight's rematch, which saw several key players from both teams sit out with far less on the line.

The Cavaliers have clinched homecourt for the first round of the playoffs and the Magic was eliminated from play-in contention following Tuesday's result, which allowed several backups an opportunity to play.

Jalen Suggs was the primary rotation player still on the court for the Magic, and he took advantage of the larger role, scoring a game-high 22 points in as many minutes.

For the Cavs, veteran Danny Green shined with a 21-point outing of his own as Cleveland cruised to victory following a shaky first quarter. Orlando led by as much as 11, but Cleveland erased that deficit by outscoring its opponent by 19 in the second quarter.

The loss helps the Magic in the lottery standings as the team remains tied with the Washington Wizards and Indiana Pacers for the sixth-worst record in the NBA.

The Magic is back on the court Friday night to start the final road trip of the year against the Brooklyn Nets. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
