Magic Starting 5: Bol Bol vs. Victor Wembanyama

The Magic Insider lists five of the biggest NBA storylines in addition to relevant Orlando Magic news and analysis.
In this story:

1. BOL > WEMBY? "During an appearance on The Carton Show, former NBA star Tim Hardaway Sr. went a far to say that Bol is a better player than No. 1 overall pick Wembanyama..."

2. QUICK TRANSITION? "The Magic have multiple candidates for the third spot, but I'm banking on Black making a quick transition to the league," Bleacher Report writes. "This summer's No. 6 pick could be their new head of the snake at both ends, as a 6'7" teenager who can initiate offense, attack off the dribble and defend multiple positions."

3. SHOOTING WOES "He didn’t look comfortable shooting, only attempting six 3s in 85 minutes," Vecenie writes. "Plus, he had only a one-to-one assist-to-turnover ratio and wasn’t as dynamic on the ball as you’d hope for as a non-shooter."

4. CLAP BACK! "I see it as an insecurity on his end," Nicholson said. "I didn't know he was thinking about me for the last 11 years. I wasn't thinking about y'all, I'm going to be honest with you."

5. HORNETS SOLD According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the NBA Board of Governors approved Michael Jordan selling the Charlotte Hornets to Rick Schnall and Gabe Plotkin's ownership group. Jordan will remain a minority owner.
