Magic Starting 5: Jalen Suggs Trade Rumors Flying?

Jalen Suggs is going to be a popular name on the trade market for the Orlando Magic.
In this story:

1. TRADE SUGGS? "NBA Analysis Network has suggested a trade that would send Suggs to the Raptors for Thaddeus Young and a 2026 first-round pick."

2. NBA CUP GROUP "The In-Season Tournament begins Nov. 3 and runs through Dec. 9. Orlando is in Group C and will play the Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls."

3. ROSS SIGNING SOON? "Ross is one of two notable ex-Suns wings still on the market," Yahoo! Sports writes. "The 32-year-old joined Phoenix midseason after being bought out by the Magic in February. In 21 games with the Suns, Ross averaged 9.0 points in 18.4 minutes per game off the bench. Ross, a career 36.2% 3-point shooter, shot 36.8% from deep on 4.1 attempts per game last season."

4. G LEAGUE TRADE The Osceola Magic is wheeling and dealing this offseason.

According to TNT's Chris Haynes, the Osceola Magic is trading Zavier Simpson to the Motor City Cruise, the Detroit Pistons' G League affiliate for Reggie Perry, Devontae Cacok and a future G League draft pick.

Both Perry and Cacok have NBA experience, but both are currently playing overseas, casting doubt on whether either will play for Osceola this season.

5. SPURS VS. COWBOYS "This debate ensued after I made the point that one could argue that the Spurs will indeed win a title before the Cowboys based on the drafting of Victor Wembanyama and the near three decade dubious history of the football team from Dallas."
