ORLANDO - Franz Wagner hit the game-winning shot for the Orlando Magic over the Chicago Bulls as it won its first game in the inaugural In-Season Tournament

With 20 seconds remaining, Wagner made a layup over Bulls center Nikola Vucevic while drawing a foul in the process to take a 99-97 lead over Chicago. The Bulls would not score another point in the game, with Orlando winning 103-97.

Wagner led the way for the Magic in the win, dropping 21 points, four rebounds and two assists on 9 of 18 shooting from the field and 2 of 8 from deep. Big man Jonathan Isaac was the team's second-leading scorer with 18 points, also adding in nine rebounds, a steal and a block.

Orlando held a 77-65 lead entering the fourth quarter, but quickly saw that lead evaporate with Chicago taking a 90-89 lead with less than four minutes remaining. From that point on, the Magic would outscore the Bulls 14-7 to secure the win.

Zach LaVine starred for Chicago in the loss, tallying 34 points on 12 of 20 shooting and 4 of 11 from three, as well as six rebounds and three assists. LaVine is currently in the midst of trade rumors as the Bulls fall to 4-9.

The win moved the Magic to 7-5 on the season and 1-1 in group play for the NBA Cup. Next up for Orlando will be a road game against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday at 5 p.m. before hosting its first In-Season Tournament game on Tuesday at 7 p.m. against the Toronto Raptors
