Hall of Fame Ceremony: How To Watch Dirk's Induction
As if he wasn't basketball royalty already, Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki will be enshrined into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday night.
Nowitzki will inducted alongside quite the star-studded group in the 2023 class. He went to war against Dwyane Wade, coach Gregg Popovich, Pau Gasol, and Tony Parker many times over the course of his career.
Through 21 seasons as a Maverick, making 14 All-Star teams and 12-All NBA teams while also being named the 2007 NBA MVP and hoisting the Larry O'Brien trophy following winning the 2011 NBA championship, Nowitzki's legacy is forever supplanted in Dallas and throughout the basketball world.
Nowitzki will be presented into the Hall of Fame by former teammates and close friends, Jason Kidd and Steve Nash, while joined in attendance by former Mavericks Michael Finley, Jason Terry, Devin Harris, Shawn Marion, and Tyson Chandler, just to name a few.
