Doncic's connection with Jokic came early in the first quarter. The Mavs guard dribbled up the court and threw an alley-oop for Jokic, and he made a spinning layup at the rim. Doncic and Jokic's connection continued what has been a strong relationship between the two European stars during All-Star week.

Later in the quarter, Doncic found James cutting to the basket, and the Lakers star threw it down for a thunderous dunk.

The Eastern Conference All-Stars led 53-47 at the end of the first quarter.
