Three Denver Nuggets champions were in attendance for Saturday afternoon's college football game between Colorado and Nebraska. In a picture shared by the Nuggets on Twitter, Kentavious Caldwell Pope, Collin Gillespie, and Peyton Watson were seen supporting Colorado football:

While athletes supporting other teams in their state is always fun to see, this is even more exciting with everything that's going on with head coach Deion Sanders and Colorado football. Following Colorado's win last week, which came over TCU, Watson shared this message for Sanders:

Shouting out Sanders, who is his favorite athlete of all-time, Watson sent a heartfelt message to the Colorado head coach who is now 2-0 this season. This message from Watson of course came prior to the game he attended with his teammates, which made it even more fun to see him make it out to that game.

Colorado sports fans are having a lot of fun this summer, getting to enjoy a revamped college football team while still celebrating the Nuggets' championship. With it being their first title in franchise history, the Nuggets are definitely going to enjoy this one as long as possible.

It's been a lot of fun seeing what Deion Sanders has done with Colorado football, and the successful head coach already has the full support of the reigning NBA champion Denver Nuggets.
