The Miami Heat avoided a 3-0 collapse against the Boston Celtics, winning Game 7 on the road and advancing to the NBA Finals against the Denver Nuggets. During his postgame interview following the Eastern Conference Finals, Heat star Jimmy Butler made a confident statement on this upcoming matchup with Denver.

"Everybody's confidence is so high," Butler said when asked about Miami's shotmaking throughout the Boston series. "We got belief that we can do something incredibly special. So we're gonna hit the ground running when we get to Denver, and I like our chances."

The last part of Butler's answer was said with a head nod and a smile, which is something the Heat star has maintained throughout the ups and downs of this playoff run. Always remaining confident, Butler's body language has remained the same whether the Heat have been up big, or pushed to the brink of elimination. Now the underdogs in an NBA Finals series, Butler and the Heat are maintaining the same confidence that helped get them to this point.

Never expected to make it this far, the Heat do not feel as if they're playing with house money. That may be the outside perception for some, as simply making it to the NBA Finals is an incredible accomplishment for an 8th seed, but the Heat do not see it this way. This is a group, led by Jimmy Butler, that expects to win it all.
