The Miami Heat secured a Game 2 victory against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday night, coming away with a narrow two-point victory to even the series at 1-1. It was a game of runs, as both teams controlled for different portions of the game, but it was Miami who survived a last-second three-point attempt from Jamal Murray that just missed putting the Nuggets up 2-0.

After the game, Heat star Jimmy Butler gave an incredible reaction to the Game 2 victory, saying, "Make or miss shots, we're gonna be who we are. Because we're not worried about anybody else. That's how it's been all year long. That's not gonna change. That's what I think it is, I think it's the, 'I don't give a damn factor.'"

Butler went for 21 PTS, 9 AST, and 4 REB, and also got a solid showing from his co-star Bam Adebayo, who finished with 21 PTS, 9 REB, and 4 AST to go along with 2 blocks on the defensive end as well.

This is a massive win for the Heat, who steal home court advantage away from the Nuggets, and will head back home with the series tied 1-1. Denver looked to be in control for portions of this game, but the Heat continued to fight. This has been the story of Miami all season long, and has continued into the NBA Finals.

Now with an opportunity to defend their home court, the Heat will look to take a series lead when they play Game 3 on Wednesday.
